Hi, I’m Cherie Jackson — a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer based right here in New Zealand. I’m here to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body and mind.

Whether you're looking to build strength, lose body fat, gain muscle, boost your flexibility, or need support through nutrition or menopause, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Why Train With Me

My love for fitness began over 36 years ago, sparked by a Muscle & Fitness magazine my brother brought home. I remember seeing the strong, empowered women in its pages and thinking, “That’s who I want to be.”

From that moment on, I was hooked!

I joined Les Mills, devoured books on health and training, and started lifting weights. Since then, I’ve played competitive rugby, netball, touch rugby, and tennis — and I still compete in the Masters Games held in Dunedin every two years. I’m competitive by nature, and I carry that same drive when helping my clients reach their goals. Your wins are my wins.

Becoming a Personal Trainer was always my dream, but life (and finances) got in the way. After the COVID-19 pandemic, when free training opportunities opened up, I finally took the leap — and I’ve never looked back. Since then, I’ve earned multiple certifications and worked with Flex Fitness as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Zumba Instructor.
